Where is Boss Business Centres located?
BOSS is located in Burnaby at 3292 Production Way, central to Vancouver, Burnaby, the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody) and Surrey.
Can I access Boss Business Centres from SkyTrain?
Yes, BOSS can be accessed via the Expo & Millenium line. The closest stop on both lines is Production Way-University Station and our main entrance is just footsteps away.
Is there parking available?
Yes, paid full-time spaces are available in the building and in a couple of other lots next to BOSS. Metered street parking and a fair amount of free street parking are also available. However, early risers tend to take the free parking around the building, so it’s generally tight Mondays to Fridays from early morning until about 3:00 pm.
Can I use your address for my business?
If you’re a Virtual Office client, have an office rental package with BOSS, or are a full time tenant, you are welcome to use the BOSS address as your own. This could be on your website, business card, for business licensing and registration or any other business purpose. We will handle your incoming mail and courier items and let you know when something is received.
When are you open?
We are open to client access 24/7, 365 days a year. Reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What amenities are provided?
BOSS is wired with fibre optic cable and offers high speed internet, either directly or through wifi access points. Coffee and tea is included for our clients and their guests. We offer state of the art office equipment such as printer, scanner, fax machine and photocopier. We have several meeting spaces with large screen TVs for your laptop so you can project your presentation. More office and building amenities can be found here.
How many spaces are available?
We offer 40 private offices, various meeting spaces (from a classroom to Board and Conference rooms) and a reception area complete with a kitchen, rooftop patio and gym. To view the spaces, click here.
Can I lease month to month?
Yes! We strongly believe in providing our clients with the most flexible solutions. We offer month-to-month subleases rather than annual terms. If you want to change, add or subtract offices we make that possible at no additional charge.
