BOSS is located in Burnaby at 3292 Production Way, central to Vancouver, Burnaby, the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody) and Surrey.

Yes, BOSS can be accessed via the Expo & Millenium line. The closest stop on both lines is Production Way-University Station and our main entrance is just footsteps away.

Yes, paid full-time spaces are available in the building and in a couple of other lots next to BOSS. Metered street parking and a fair amount of free street parking are also available. However, early risers tend to take the free parking around the building, so it’s generally tight Mondays to Fridays from early morning until about 3:00 pm.

Yes, you are free to use it on your website. This includes virtual office customers.

We are open to client access 24/7, 365 days a year. Reception hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

State of the art office supplies such as printer, scanner and photocopier. We also provide TVs for your laptop to connect to along with high-speed internet.

We offer 44 private offices and a reception area complete with a kitchen, rooftop patio and gym. we also have a large boardroom for metings with A/V equipment for presentations and events as well as smaller boardrooms for meetings

Yes! We also offer month-to-month subleases rather than annual terms. If you want to change, add or subtract offices we make that possible at no additional charge. However, if you would like to commit for a longer period, we do offer discounts

Once BOSS becomes familiar with a client, and once that Client becomes familiar with BOSS’ security and lighting systems, the Client can obtain a building and BOSS facility access pass. In the event the Client has a guest coming to BOSS after hours, it is possible to establish an individualize code on the building’s front door intercom. This enables the Client to open the buildings front door remotely for the guest, and for the guest to come up the elevator to the BOSS floor

When a client books an office or meeting space, BOSS makes that space unavailable for anyone else. As a result, in the event a client wishes to cancel a reservation, we ask that they do so at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to the booking. When cancellations occur within 48 hours of the booking, 50% of the booking fee is charged. If the Client doesn’t cancel the booking in advance and simply doesn’t show up, BOSS charges the entirety of the booking fee.

Use of the gym and rooftop patio requires a building access pass. In addition, use of the gym requires liability waiver forms be filed with the property manager. As a result, we only make these facilities available to either full time tenants or Clients that book an office or meeting space on an on-going recurring basis.

No. Dogs, cats and other pets are not permitted. BOSS aspires to make every client comfortable in our environment. There are some clients that are allergic to pet hair and it’s possible that a client may be fearful of pets they don’t know. We work hard to provide a friendly and professional environment and as much as we love animals, we feel bringing them into our workspace is not in keeping with our mission.
